I made this today and have been making it for many years. Enjoy!
A can of Red kidney beans, a can of garbanzo beans, a can of black beans---rinsed and drained. A package of frozen baby limas- thawed. One sweet onion chopped- red or white. Three stalks celery diced.
Toss. one each red, yellow nd orange pepper, diced. Then pour half a bottle of favorite creamy salad dressing over it. The original recipe called for peppercorn ranch. But I like to use Ken':)s Steakhouse Lite sweet vidalia dressing.
Chill and enjoy!
