Breathe is a key part, no matter what happens, always remember to breathe.

I was told to breathe in, take my breathe to the spot where their is pain or a blockage and let it go.

Breathe in the good, let go of the old, often something that use to be a major part of your recovery, but no longer serves you.

I was told when wrapped up in self go to a meeting and ask at least 3 others how they are doing and not to talk about my situation at all . If I was unable to make it to a meeting then call someone and ask how they are doing and practice listening . Again without mentioning the stuff that has me all twisted up , which was usually my thinking this almost always frees me from the bondage of me me me .
