I am so grateful for the trust that my family regained in me

Thanks for sharing, it took me a long time to get that trust from my family. I had used and abused myself for 30 years before I found recovery, and it took a long time in recovery, to learn to stop the old behaviors and habits.

I had to learn to walk my talk. There were times when my son would say, "Mom, you need to go to a meeting." He was aware of the fact that I always felt better after going to a meeting.

Grateful for another day. It was more like a day and a half.
Grateful the doctor gave me a clean bill of health. Other than my arthritis, everything is good.
Grateful for today, and hopefully I didn't over do as I have to go out again tomorrow.
Grateful my son did my floors today. So grateful, I took his clothes out of the dryer and folded them.
Grateful that I got my book read, only have two more books to read in the series. Picked up another author today.
Grateful that I can go to bed, as my body is screaming at me. Hoping the pain will let me sleep.
Grateful for those who share this journey with me.

Don't do coffee but can identify with the frayed and frazzled feeling.

Grateful for a new day.
Grateful that Women`s Curling is on, Canada is ahead at the moment, but looks like they are in trouble.
Grateful that I got through another busy day, even though today is a crash day. I will be able to sit back and watch the Olympics.
Grateful that the sun is shining.
Grateful for all of you who share this journey with me in today.
