Today I am willing to look for the humor in all situations.

When I am able to laugh at myself with others, I begin to let go. Humor has the ability to help me loosen up. What a great stress reliever. Laughter is the best medicine. Use it often.

Let yourself feel good about what you have accomplished, not what still has to be done. There is always something else to be done. Worrying only causes wrinkles.
