Usually make creamed salmon on toast, but these links seem good and different.

I don't have measurements, because I generally make it for just one.

I small tin of pink salmon
grated white onion to taste
parsley flakes
salt and pepper

My mother used to add Savoury

heat milk, add a tbls of butter, then mix 2 tsp approx. cornstarch and about a tbls of milk, can be made with flour.

Heat and add salmon, if you like you can add frozen peas.

Simmer until cornstarch cooks down, keep stirring and serve over toast.

Love Salmon, but it doesn't always like me. Many people cook it with dill, and it doesn't like me either and I don't like it. I cook it because I like it, but it has to be a good day and when I eat it, I have to be accepting of the results of doing so.

Salmon is one of my favorite foods. I have some smoked salmon to have for lunch, but it is nowhere as good as what I could get in California. I think you can get good stuff down town, but I don't get down there much.
