Q is for Quit. Quit waiting for someone else to do it. Quit waiting for God to do it all, have you done your part? Quit putting your life on hold, life is for living. Evil is live spelled backward.

Q is for Quiet. Spend some quiet time with your God. He can hear you at all times, but can you hear Him when things are chaotic. Sometimes we may be inclined to get mixed messages, perhaps if we take times to quiet our minds, we may have more clarity as to what is His Will and what is ours.

Q is for Quote. We can often quote the literature chapter and verse, but it doesn't do us any good, if we don't take the words off the pages and apply them to our lives.

Q is for Quell. Quell those feelings of using by letting go and letting go. Quell the urge, by picking up the tools of the program. They work, and applicable to all areas of life.

Q is for Quit. Quit using people, place and things. Quit trying to fill that empty space inside with things outside of yourself. Fill up with spiritual food, and quiet your mind. Remember this is a disease that is mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical.
