Lord,
Today is a new day, and I do not yet know what this day will bring. Regardless
of what cards may be dealt to me this day, I will work to remain aware of my
choices. Help me this day to remain aware of my thinking, attitudes and
behaviors. Give me courage to deal with my emotions in a healthy way. Let me
always be understanding of the needs of others.
