"Jonah got swallowed up by a huge fish and when he thought it might be all over, God told the fish to spit him out and Jonah went on to carry out a mission for God. Sometimes we feel like we are being swallowed up - not by a huge fish but by life. Keep the faith when you feel like this because God is watching over you just like He watched over Jonah."
