CD Buckberry
 

I met CD on the first recovery site I joined, CyberRecovery, in 2008. After a few years we exchanged numbers and later became FB friends. We would call each other on our sobriety anniversaries.

He called me last August to congratulate me on my 8 years :) I called him today to wish him a happy 11th soberversary and was saddened to find out that he passed in September.

His wife said that he had many ailments and it just finally all came to a head.

He died clean and sober.

Rest well, my friend. You will be missed.
