Patience - I have all the time I need to do what is mine to do

Patience
I have all the time I need to do what is mine to do.

Sometimes I get rushed. I may have errands to run, deadlines to meet, and an overflowing to-do list. I hurry, believing I don’t have time to get everything done. If something or someone gets in my way, I can easily lose my patience.

Rather than letting life overwhelm me, I stop, take a breath, and relax. I remember that all things are working together in divine order. I can just as easily choose to be calm and trusting as to be anxious, so I choose calm. A sense of relief washes over me as I release the anxiety that caused me to be impatient.

As I let go of any worry, hurry, and concern, I meet life’s circumstances calm and clear. I have all the time I need to do what needs to be done by me.
Bear fruit with patient endurance.—Luke 8:15

Really good, we think we just have to do and we end up shoulding all over the place.

Things will fall into place, especially if we pause in our rushing and panic and just say the Serenity Prayer.

First things first is my recovery. When I allow others to get in the way, I give up my power. Through my God, I am empowered to do what I need to do, one day at a time, if I have invited Him into my day. It works better when I give thanks at night too.

Patience applies to people, places, and things, but most of all with myself.

All things are in my God's HAND. He is the Master of the Universe, but He also has time for me, especially when I ask in Jesus Name.
