Im having such a hard time understanding and navigating this site. I just dont understand it. I would like to make new friends in recovery and learn new things and this seems like the place to be but its so diffucult to navigate and understand.how do i upload pics.

Where do you wish to upload pics? Your avatar? Profile pic? Album? In a post?

Not much of a techie. I don't know how much you know about putting a picture on. You need an URL to the picture and click on the yellow box with the mountain and sun on it.

You can also put on attachments if you have pictures on your computer. You have to reply or start a new thread, you can't put attachments on Quick Replies.

Have found it best to click on the headings, not just the last post in each section.

There is a lot of material on the site. This is a picture I have on my computer.

You can also upload pics from your files.
