The first thing that we'll all want to know is this: is it going to be worth it for me to give up living life as I know it and the way in which I've been living for something that is completely unknown and different from anything else I've ever known up to now ? The answer of course for all of us, and without any doubts is yes, however this is where the problem begins for all of us from being in recovery. Even though we are told this, none of us can believe this, and no matter how hard any of us try to, we just can't believe it, we're not able to, and that's okay that we're not because there is another way for all of us so we can find this out for ourselves. If we really want to, all that any of us have to do is to try to live the way we find here in recovery. Recovery is more than just a way by which we all are able to recover, it's a way of living life in which all of us can live our lives by, and it's a good thing that we can, because from now on all of us are going to need such a thing, and usually we're not able to believe this either, but this is true for all of us. We all have given one way of living our life a chance, and it's only fair to all of us to give another way of living life a chance as well, and by us living the way we find in recovery we'll all be doing just that, and we're going to be in for a big surprise when we do. Because none of us knew just how good living life could be, but if we give ourselves a chance to find out how good it can be, we all will know this as true. Then and only then are we all able to believe that life can be better than anything that any of us had ever known before. For all of us, it will always be worth it to us to find this out more than any of us are able to know, but we'll all always be glad that we did.
