When I hit a wall, any kind of obstacle, I can stop, hesitate and meditate, and turn my day over to my God to ask for the inner knowing and direction I need. With my sleeping disorder and chronic pain, there is generally a blind spot between night and day or I have several night and days in 24 hours.
