God knows, are you open to be aware and self-honesty. I generally pray and ask for what I need, according to His Will. I try not to play doctor with myself. I just try to listen to my body. So often mental, emotional, and spiritual pain will make itself known physically.

We may be aware, are we willing to do something about it?
