Default Faith Brings Strength

FAITH BRINGS STRENGTH

We all have taken a first step. As babies, we took our first step in order to begin walking. As young children, we took our first step going into school in order to learn. As teenagers, we took our first step in driving a car. All through our adulthood, there have been first steps which led to more steps because we had faith we could do something and we did it. Our biggest step, however, in life is to know Christ as our personal Savior. We can take that first step of faith in Him to give us strength to deal with anything in life.

Ephesians 3:12 “Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence.” (NLT)

Dear Lord, we come to You to help us take a step of faith. We want so badly to trust in You in all things yet we continue to stray from You. Help our steps to be steps of faith toward You and away from the world today. Help us to remember, in all things, we can come boldly and confidently to You knowing You will help us in all things, and give us strength. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

When we have faith in God, He will make us strong.

When we have faith in God, He will help us get through any issue in life.

When we take our first step of faith in God, He will lead us the rest of the way.

Our first step of faith in God will allow Him to give us the strength we need.

Our faith in God should be firm and not waiver so He can do great things through us.

Isaiah 7:9 “Unless your faith is firm, I cannot make you stand firm.” (NLT)
