Default In the Silence, is where Spirit speaks

The Silence
In the Silence, I receive clarity.

If I am busy, additional or unexpected items on my to-do list may add unnecessary stress. To avoid that pressure, I take time to go into the Silence and become still.

I begin by closing my eyes and stilling my thoughts. Outside interferences no longer concern me. Here, in the Silence, is where Spirit speaks to me in an inaudible language that my whole self—mind, body, spirit—understands. In the Silence—the inner realization of God’s presence—I find guidance and confidence to make decisions. I feel my oneness with God. I discover serenity and faith for moving forward.

Returning to the present time, I find that I have the strength and peace of mind to do the things that are mine to do.
Put things in order, listen to my appeal, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.—2 Corinthians 13:11
