Gratitude On our path to the light, we often examine our growth with an eye to what we have yet to achieve. It is very important, however, to become aware of what we have already accomplished. Make a gratitude list. Write down the ways in which you have changed, and the gifts you have allowed into your life. Acknowledge yourself for your dedication to spiritual growth. Consider how your family and friends have helped to bring you to this place on your path. Include those people who have served as great mirrors and teachers in your healing. Close your eyes. Sense and visualize all the wondrous things that have happened, all the gifts you now have in our life, and give thanks for each of them with the whole of your heart. I am grateful! Received in email
