Do Not Disturb
Thoughts; do they disturb your focus? Persistent thoughts, profound thoughts, thoughts that randomly pop into your mind and get in the way of getting things done. So, what will you do, put up a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign?
The next time your thoughts keep disturbing your focus, acknowledge them and then if there’s something important, write it down and come back to it later. Get those thoughts out of the way and you’ll be on your way to getting things done.
