The Lord is my Helper
Whence cometh my help, but from the Lord?
He will help me through all my life's difficulties and lift me out of every pit that I have fallen into.
He will stand beside me in the time of trouble and be my protector from the onslaughts of the evil one.
He will strengthen me by the Power of His Right Hand and comfort me in the time of need.
He will guide me through the dark pathways of my earthly life and be my companion through its lonely and cold nights.
He will show forth His Love during the times of bitterness and impute His Joy during the times of sadness.
The Lord is my Helper and my Friend.
Praise His Holy Name.
