Many may wonder why I use the pictures I do. The main reason is because they speak to me, but like this one, it reminds me that recovery brings out the feelings. There is no wrong feeling, but we need to acknowledge it and be aware, be it good or bad. We don't use to stuff or shut out are feelings, by doing so, we block and disconnect from our God. If I can't feel it, I can't let it go.
