L is for Let. Let the program come to you and absorb it one day at a time. It isn't a quick fix program. We didn't get sick overnight, so we don't get better overnight or in a month or six weeks. Let your heart reach out to others. Let your Higher Power into your life. When you are troubled about things, let go and let your God take the burned from you. Walk in faith and let your God work in your life. Let Him/Her/It do His job. Don't try to do it or Him/Her/It.
