L is for Less. As we work the Steps and connect to our Higher Power, we find ourselves less obsessive about our drug of choice which we didn't think we could live without. It wasn't a case of less is more, it was about less means none. I can't use my drug of choice or substitute another substance, because I release my addiction all over again. It all leads to the same soul sickness.
