Tracking Everything

There are so many gadgets and apps that can help us keep a track of just about anything, from steps taken, stairs climbed, time spent on email or social media, to the quality and quantity of sleep. Tracking yourself to monitor things can be valuable if you use it to make healthy changes, do better and be better. But over-monitoring everything can become overwhelming and useless.

So, what do you think, should we really be tracking everything? Or maybe, track some things, and if so how to do it more successfully?
