We've all become very good at cheating ourselves and none of us like that we were especially after we come into recovery. We know that not one of us is getting away with this, and even though we all know that we're not none of us are able to stop from doing this ourselves, and eventually we'll all end up doing this in every area of our life. When this becomes so obvious to us and to everyone else is where we all get into trouble especially when it comes to those that don't understand how we could be doing this, because they themselves have never done this. They can't understand or know what it's like for someone who does this, but for all of us who are in recovery, without exception we all know exactly what this is like to do this, because we've all done this. We can help each other like no one else can, because we'll know that those who are in recovery, do understand, and because they do, it will means more to us to know that they were able to stop doing this, and they can show anyone who does this, exactly what they can do so they can learn how to stop as well. It goes against all of our greatest instinct for survival when we've all done this, and it feels so good for all of us when we learn how to not have to do this any longer.
