Grateful to find OA today
Today I went to a zoom meeting for OA. It was like looking in a mirror. Everything resonated so deeply. It brought me to tears. I don’t feel so alone in my compulsive overeating struggle any more. I have finally found the right program for my condition. I’m grateful for this. I’m grateful to have finally woken up to the true core addiction. I’m not abstinent from my binge eating or other self medicating habits complete yet... but I’ve started the journey. I’m ready to work on this now.
