Just because you saw or read something before, doesn't mean it is not worth taking your time to process it again. It may have a new message for you, a lesson or insight you missed the first time. I found that my God keeps bringing things to mind that I haven't been willing to address, until I learn what I need to know.

I might fight it, ignore it, or just take what we want and leave the rest. That maybe alright in the moment, but eventually we have to address it. No pain, no gain. I need to open my mind and embrace the whole picture. I am only as sick as my secrets.
