Have you ever felt like you just can’t go on, that you just don’t have the strength? Have you ever felt the weight of the world pressing down on you, crushing out your very will to press on? Have you had so many things happen to you that you don’t even have the courage to face the day, much less any of your challenges?

First of all, remember you were never designed to carry the world. So stop trying, that God’s job.

Take heart and take time today to sit at God's feet. Pour out your heart, your fears, your sorrow, and your anger. Let it all out. He is right next to you all of the time waiting for you to talk to Him. He is waiting to be your comfort, your courage, and your strength. Don’t go through your struggles and challenges by yourself. Call on Him and let Him be your Father. Let Him love on you.
