IT DIDN’T WORK
Read Psalm 90:17

A girl was getting ready for a date, and her little brother came into the room and asked, “Whatcha’ doin’?”

“Making myself beautiful,” she answered.

After watching her put on a layer of cream and wipe it off, he said, “Sis, it didn’t work, did it?”

But this works!

Say to the Lord, “Here’s my body, live in it. Here’s my face, glow from it. Here’s my heart, love with it.”

Then your body will reveal His beauty, your face will reflect His happiness, and your heart will radiate His love.

That winsomeness will bring you closer to the needs of others and farther along the road of happiness.

Prayer: Take our bodies, Father. Love with our hearts, think with our minds, speak with our tongues, help with our hands, and walk with our feet, doing Thy will daily in us: in the name of Christ. Amen.
