Default Promises

PROMISES

God gives us so many promises in the Bible. If we focused on only one a day or week, it would take many years to read them all. Have we ever thought about looking at God’s promises to help us with our goals for our lives? God has a plan for us and we can rest in His word knowing He will help us do His plan. We can use His promises to help us stay strong, follow through and gain the wisdom we need to complete the tasks He has put before us.

1 Chronicles 19:13 “Be courageous! Let us fight bravely for our people and the cities of our God. May the Lord’s will be done.” (NLT)

Dear Lord, we thank You for Your promises. We thank You for what You want to do for us to help us follow through with Your plans. You give us so much and we are so grateful. Help us to remember today that we have Your promises from Your word to know You are with us when we step out and follow Your plan. We want to live for You in all areas of our lives today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

We can find God’s promises and plans for our health in His word. Seek out those promises today.

We can find God’s promises and plans for our career in His word. Seek out those promises today.

We can find God’s promises and plans for our relationships in His word. Seek out those promises today.

We can find God’s promises and plans for our ministry in His word. Seek out those promises today.

We can find God’s promises and plans for our finances in His word. Seek out those promises today.

1 John 2:5 “But those who obey God’s word truly show how completely they love him. That is how we know we are living in him.” (NLT)

Focus: Know God’s promises are for you – to keep you strong in His word and to help you follow through with His plan.
