Just For Today – Part 2 — Day 8 - Put On Humility by SGLY Ministry

Just for Today I will put on…HUMILITY
Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” 1 Peter 5:5 (NKJV)

Today’s Action:
Just for Today let’s be submissive to one another and put on Humility, a modest covering.
Sometimes this can be hard to put on, because it involves stripping ourselves of everything else we might be wearing.
But, Just for Today let’s take a look in the mirror and if we see pride or self will, let’s remove it and put on our humble clothes.
Let’s do our best to walk humbly before the Lord, bowing to Him in all things.
For His word says: Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. Colossians 3:12-13
