Afraid I don't agree with this one, heal your past so you can move into the future free from the burdens of the past.
When the past makes itself known in today, or something happens in today that is rooted in the past, it is time to deal with it face it, take out the fear and replace it with faith. The 12 Promises in AA's Big Book says, "We will not regret the past or shut the door on it, and we will know peace.
