God's Word For Today

Time to Watch

Read Exodus 13:1 through 15:27

“No problem is too great for ___ to solve. If you want the job done, call ____.”

We may know those whom we consider problem solvers. These people seem to know how to solve any problem that might come up. Yet no matter how effective their problem-solving skills seem, no one can match God’s problem-solving skills.

Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again” (Exodus 14:13).

The people needed to understand that God would take care of the attacking Egyptians.

We may find ourselves looking at circumstances that seem to have no answer. We have limitations that do not always allow us to look beyond the problems we face. Experiences and doubts may make us wonder if God really hears or cares about our needs. At that point, we can choose to despair or we can trust God and watch how He meets each need.

Challenge for Today: Remember to trust God in all things.
