What motivates you? Things that we are passionate about will be the things that motivate us. Motives are the secret aims or purposes of our hearts. We need to examine and scrutinize those things that motivate us and make sure that they are the right things so that we don’t end up chasing things that have little or fleeting value.

What is motivation? This is the right place to start. Motivation is the internal passion, force or influence that causes us to respond with an external action. It can be the incentive that causes us to act in a certain fashion or the things that drive us. Ask yourself the question: What drives you? This will be a good indication of what motivates you. What propels you out of bed in the morning? What gets you going? These are all indicators.
