"Continue to watch for selfishness, dishonesty,
resentment, and fear. When these crop up, we
ask God at once to remove them. We discuss
them with someone immediately and make amends
quickly if we have harmed anyone. Then we
resolutely turn our thoughts to someone we can
help. Love and tolerance of others is our code.

anyone -- even alcohol."

The program works when we work it. It is up to me to take the action. When I am given awareness and inner knowing, it is good but can only result in goodness if I take what I know and apply it to my life.

Know these things but when I get caught up in my pain, I often forget. Thank God for prayer and meditation.
