I spread out my hands to you; my soul thirsts for you like a parched land. Psalm 143:6

John 8:12 When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said,“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

*****

"One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all." Ephesians 4:6

*****

The LORD is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving. - Psalm 28:7

*****

“I will give you the treasures of darkness, riches stored in secret places so that you may know that I am the LORD, your God.” - Isaiah 45:3

I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I may have Christ and become one with him. Philippians 3:8-9

Today’s Scripture: I Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NLT): Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.

Today’s Thought: A thankful heart goes a long way. God wants us to be thankful all the time. How do we do that? By praying and studying His Word. Today let’s thank God for Who He is and what He has done for us.

Today’s Prayer: Lord, I thank You for saving my life. Help me to always be thankful in everything I do. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen!
