MENTALLY DRAINED

Many times when we are tired, we stop and rest. Many times when we feel we cant go on, we take a break. That is because our physical bodies and minds are human and we do tire easily. However, our spirit is of God and we can keep going with our spiritual growth because He is with us and can help us to endure. So when we feel mentally drained, we need to remember not to make decisions without Gods help. When we are emotionally distraught, we need to turn to God for strength. When we are hurting and feeling low, God can give us confidence again from His word.

Isaiah 40:31 But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. (NLT)

Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. (NKJV)

Dear Lord, we pray You will renew our strength. We pray You will help us not to be weary and faint. Help us to turn to You so we can make right decisions. Help us to stay in Your word and draw strength from it. We know we get tired emotionally and sometimes want to withdraw or give up; however, we know that is when we need to turn to You and know we can do anything because You give us strength. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus name. Amen.

If we are tired, we need God to help us to strengthen and become confident again in His word.

There are people who can drain us emotionally but God can help us stay strong and confident.

When our minds are tired and we want to lash out, we need to rely on Gods strength to give us confidence to do what is right.

God can give us confidence and strengthen when we are emotionally drained.

We can do all things when we focus on God so why do we turn away from Him?

Philippians 4:13 For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength. (NLT)

Focus: Pray continuously for God to keep us strong in His word and confident when we are emotionally tired.
