And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. — Luke 1:31

When Gabriel appeared to Mary, the Holy Spirit came upon her and planted in her womb a “Holy Thing.” This Seed was the Son of God sent to deliver mankind from sin.

When you are born again, a “Holy Thing,” the Holy Spirit, is planted in you. As you water that Seed with God’s Word, it will grow into a giant tree of righteousness, “the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified” (Isaiah 61:3).

Prayer Starter: Father, I worship You for sending Your son, Jesus, to save us from our sins. Thank You for all of the blessings in my life, Lord. Please continue the good work You are doing in me and through me by the power of Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
