Default Confusing

When new to recovery our heads are usually spinning trying to make sense out of all that's going on in recovery. This can be a very confusing time so that some of us will feel like giving up at times. We don't have to, instead we can start the practice of believing that we're being taken care of. This will allow us to move ahead in our recovery without having to have that understanding of what's going on. Those of us that try to figure it all out are usually the ones that end up stumbling. No one among us has ever achieved a complete understanding of recovery. The best any of us can do is pass along the message that was given to us. That is we are loved, and that it's good for us to try to love. The 12 steps of recovery will teach us this and that we'll very easily understand if we try doing them.
